Gateways accepts cash, personal checks, company checks, money orders, international money orders, bank drafts, VISA, MasterCharge, or American Express payments. All payments must be in U.S. dollars,
please.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS
To the United States:
Book rate shipping: add $3.50 for the first book, $1.00 more for each
additional book. First Class / Priority Mail shipping: add $4.50 for
the first book, $2.00 for the first tape. For each additional item,
add $1.00 per item. UPS or FedEx shipping: contact Gateways by phone or email, since costs vary depending on how far your shipping address is from us in Northern California. PLEASE specify clearly in your email, fax, or mail order how you would like us to ship your
products!
To Canada:

$3.00 for the first tape. For each additional item, add $1.00 per
