These books from Heidelberg Editions International are produced in limited editions, usually 81/2 X 11 inch format, signed and numbered. They are unique and high aesthetic publications which often include a signed and numbered serigraph (hand-pulled in the artist's studio) bound in as a frontispiece to the book. Some have colophon pages signed by both author and artist. Others are books that are entirely produced in the artist's studio, with a series of signed illustrations bound into the book. Representative titles: Lecture on Nothing from Silence by John Cage, illustrated by E.J. Gold; The Old Cedar Bar by Margaret Randall, illustrated by E.J. Gold; Moonbeam by Harry Nilsson, illustrated by E.J. Gold. The book called Man on the Cross, written and illustrated by E.J. Gold, is judged by some readers to be the author's most important single statement on esoteric ideas. For some reason (perhaps just because it is quintessential...), it has never been published in any form for the commercial marketplace. As with all of these limited editions, availability and price are subject to change, so contact us for a current quote if you're interested in a limited edition.
