The first part describes a method to restore the mental and emotional centrums to their proper functions, thereby activating the feeling centrum--the popcorn exercise. The second part describes the condition existing when the headbrain and tailbrain are reversed from their proper functions, that is to say, the `normal' condition of primate life.
